I get by with a little help from my master welder friend…

Ooooo... aaahhhhhh...
Isn’t she beautiful? Somehow, my husband has managed to befriend a master welder. And for some reason, he decided to build us a conical fermenter for free. What the hell??
Anyway, here’s a better picture with a little more perspective.

Additionally, we recently purchased a new propane burner. This will really speed up our brewing time. It boils off 1 gallon of wort in 45 minutes, wow.

Anyway, I just wanted to write a quick little note about that. Today, Tim and I are brewing a 10 gallon batch of our trippel to inaugurate our new fermenter. The new burner will sure come in handy today. Time to mash in!
