In a matter of hours, Tim and I will begin our journey to Denver, Colorado for the Great American Beer Festival. Words cannot describe the excitement I feel right now!

This will be our second time at GABF, but this time we’ll be in a group of nine friends, plus we’re planning to meet up with dozens of other beer people we’ve encountered along the way.

I’ll be tweeting throughout the trip, all through the mountains and the endless fountains of beer, and I will of course blog about my experiences upon my return! You can also check out what people are up to by searching the #GABF hashtag on Twitter.

I’m hoping to meet a lot of brewers and beer enthusiasts this week, so if you see me, come say hi! I’ll be the one with a beer in my hand and a huge smile on my face!

On a side note, Tim and I brewed our 100th batch of beer on Sunday. Quite an accomplishment for only three years of homebrewing, I’d say!
